Nick read physics at University College London, then qualified as an actuary and worked in the City of London for 9 years before retraining in psychology. He specialised in the neuroscience of mindfulness at UCL and the Institute of Psychiatry, and helped start up mindfulness company Headspace as Head of Research before founding PSYT.
George got a double first from Cambridge and an MSc from Imperial College London before completing his PhD at LSE in the economics of happiness. He is a world leader in measuring wellbeing through technology, and created the hugely successful research app Mappiness.
Voted one of the top 50 influencers in HR analytics, Eugene specialises in people analytics, statistical modelling, and product design and development. He was formerly Chief Science & Analytics Officer and Director of Consultancy at CEB. He holds an MSc from INSEAD and serves on a number of professional bodies.

Jayne is an accountant and has worked in healthcare, performance improvement and M&A consulting for PwC, KPMG and Kurt Salmon. She has an MBA from Oxford and an MSc in Health Economics, Management and Policy from LSE. Jayne has over ten years of experience advising startup companies.
Andrew has worked with a number of fast growth startups running operations and P&Ls in the US and UK. He has also brought change into larger organisations such as Skype and AOL. Andrew has an MBA from Columbia University in NYC, managed client teams for Booz & Co, and mentors startups at Techstars.
Adrian is Professor of Psychology at UCL. He has published over 700 papers and 57 books, and writes for The Times and Psychology Today. He specialises in organisational psychology and consults to international companies on areas such as team development, change management, psychometric testing and leadership.
Silke completed her Ph.D. in Germany and at Amherst College investigating how mindfulness training impacts teachers’ classroom performance. She is a postdoc research consultant in a large-scale mindfulness trial in corporate workplace settings run out of Radboud University and supported by Oxford University. At Psyt, she is managing all research projects and the creation of a workplace mindfulness intervention.
Yatrik holds a B. Des. in Communication Design, and is currently pursuing an MSc in User Experience Design at Kingston University. He has over six years experience in developing functional products and engaging brands for consumers.
